It takes skill and effort to cultivate food in this climate. The route of farming and ranching is a grueling test of persistence and care, yet growers are committed. Their soul is called to the work and they cannot imagine a different lifestyle. Their inspiration is my inspiration. Our local producers are working each day to feed the communities in South Central Colorado in an ethical, loving, just, and healthy way.
