SOIL Sangre de Cristo Investor Members awarded three new loans to regional food producers during the April 30th meeting. SOIL Sangre de Cristo has loaned over $180,000 to farmers and ranchers in our area since 2020.
The newest awardees are:
Sqft Market and Creamery, San Pablo, CO $25,000
SOL Mountain Farm, South Fork, CO $15,000
Rocky Mountain Garlic, Salida, CO $36,000
SOIL Sangre de Cristo supports local food producers who use regenerative farming methods, not just to feed our communities, but also to preserve our natural resources. This support keeps the heritage of ranching and farming alive in our region.
